Hey there Go Go Girls of Colorado
I wanted to extend an offer to join my “For the Love of Dance” work shops. I am doing them every Monday (as long as I have no conflicts) I will be trying to bring in guest teachers as often as possible. We will be in the metro campus Physical Education dance studio from 5:15 until 6:30. This workshop is FREE for any girls that can prove they are part of the dance industry. that is You need to be able to prove you work for a dance team at raves, clubs et cetera… or pay stub from theater/dance schools. If you cant prove you are working it will cost you $25, sorry I know this is silly but i dont want people just bringing friends for free classes.
After the dancing we generally head down to a gymnastics open gym at Goodson rec for a parkour/free running class. To work on strength, tumbling, flips, stilts it is just like an open gym session for a few hours. that costs $11 to get in to the gym but its well worth it!
Bring boots if you want but probably have jazz or tennis shoes as well we might get active!
